"I try to support local businesses but this by far was the worst place ever. First off, they completely over charge for fixing or resizing your jewelry. Secondly, they take absolutely no pride in their craft. I got jewelry fixed here, where they ended up damaging it (and saying they didn't) and it breaking AGAIN less than a week after. Their customer service is trash, with them promising to fix things ASAP while waiting for months on end to receive your item. They also overcharge for fake items, and their piercers do not pierce properly. Literally, go across to Macy's and they have better customer service and REAL GOLD."

"I drop off an ankle bracelet 2-3 months ago that my husband gave me and came back and they sold my stuff . I swear you guys are the worst people ever ."

"Came in about 2 weeks ago for a nose piercing. After a couple of days I started noticing an infection then later on I noticed my piercing was going inside my nose. Went to a tattoo parlor to get it removed && they told me they pierced me with an earring …. && I got pierced with a gun which should NOT be done on cartilage in the first place. The hole I have now is bigger that what it should be for a nose piercing. They put the wrong type of jewelry on my nose && on top it was cheap material which caused my infection. They don’t provide any type of cleaning solution to buy either."

"I took it to get 2 rings put on to clap the necklace and they took several links out of the necklace. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. It's okay because I will take legal actions, I have proof of what the necklace and video of what it looks like before and then now."
