"PLEASE READ AS IT MIGHT SAVE YOU TIME, MONEY, AND STRESS: My husband bought my engagement ring from here. First, they promised to have the ring ready by a certain day, to which they kept pushing back. He got the ring almost two weeks late and they almost didn’t have the ring ready for the proposal because the managers “boy” stopped to get food on his way to drop off the ring (why wasn’t It in the store to begin with??). My poor husband was losing his mind, and I promise that man is extremely patient. Then, I had the ring for TWO DAYS and one of the little diamonds fell off. I’ve now had this ring for about 6-7 months and I’ve had to get the little diamonds fixed and replaced over 4 times because they keep falling out. I currently have two missing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for anyone. It’s expensive for poor quality work. They are unreliable and the jewelry does not last and will start to fall apart."

"Dont shop here. I took my son chain here to get fixed and they switched it out for a small weight of gold. I will never shop here again. They will never get my business again. I bought two gold chain with pendants from them last year for xmas for my kids. One of the chain broke this year. I took it back to the same place I bought it from and when I went to go pick it up. I told the guy something looks wrong but I still took it. When I finally got home to compare it to the one I bought last year it was definitely different. They are get overs in this store. Never again."
