"i went to this store and first of all I felt bad for the workers there for having no AC and working in the hot and i got helped out by someone name esteban and he was really flirty towards me and i didn’t feel comfortable at all because i didn’t expect a worker from there to hit on me and he kept trying to give me a really high price on a necklace i wanted and I decided to to ask someone else for help instead and she gave me a way better and lower price. if you do go to this store i recommend to not get help by Esteban, he is so disgusting."

"I arrived at Grand Jewelers to purchase backs for my white gold earrings I was told they didn't have. Also wanted to get my white gold chains fixed the guy looked at me and told me that they did not fix stainless steel didn't know the difference between stainless steel and white gold. I was fit to be tied he was rude arrogant and disgusting I went off. It was obvious he was prejudiced will never ever go there again and I advise all people of color to stay away from that place."

Trust me, I went to all the big chain stores in the DMV and found that the service wasn't what I expected. The chain stores just made me feel like it was another transaction so they could get a commission. Grand Jewelers on the other hand walked me through the entire process. It felt like they actually cared that I found the perfect ring for the perfect woman. I worked with Vic and A.J. who were absolutely phenomenal. They helped me customize the perfect ring; walking me through all of the options. Whether it was regarding the type of ring, clarity of the diamond, or the type of band. They were very insightful and patient, which made me feel like I was making the right decision. I worked with them throughout the holidays and they never made me feel rushed.
