"Staff are nice, but deceptive, uneducated, or both. I have never been in before and didn't know it was costume jewelry. I walked in to look around and when they asked me I said I was looking for sapphires. They directed me to a display with blue stones in it for around $60. Not sapphires, some imitation stone, ionite I think the label said. Seeing they were not what I was looking for I thanked them and started to walk out of the store. They asked if I saw the sapphires and I said no. They brought me back over to show me some white sapphires. Maybe they were lab grown white sapphires, definitely not real ones. The way they answered my question pointing to the fake sapphires, and then especially reiterating incorrectly that they had sapphires, was either really deceptive or uneducated. There's nothing wrong with costume jewelry. It can be beautiful. It's not for me though and it was wrong of them to be misleading."
