"I went online so I could send in a diamond engagement ring,filled out the paperwork took pictures as they requested,on the site it asked if you certification or not,I do not. I was told by a woman I contacted that it didn't matter. I just got an email telling me at this time there is nothing they can do or offer me??????? Really? They did t even look at it!! What a disgusting company,very unprofessional! I don't know why I was treated this way,yet people leaving reviews were treated like royalty and I like a piece of dirt! How dare you!!!!!"
