"I would have thought that Baltimore city would at least take care of the baby students here in this city , oh no ..they do this from pre-school all the way up to 12 grade. my grandson's classroom has a computer and it doesn't work...their nutritional choices are not too nutritional and sometimes for snack they have to drink water instead of a milk or juice just don't think they do enough.. not to mention that since they have received all of this money there's no way the parents can form a PTA like Association to help with monies needed for their children because it's not allowed. I feel that this dayspring agency has allowed the government to put handcuffs on their parents and don't allow us to help with monetarial support so that our children can have computers in their classes that work all the snacks that they need and other things and field trips yes they don't go on field trips at day Springs Head Start but since they don't have the money to go on field trips i would think to called the Baltimore Ravens to Baltimore Orioles or the police department the fire department or the bookmobile to come and visit these children truly truly disappointed in the Baltimore city's system with education and in reference to curriculum activities and parent-teacher support togetherness.."
