"Lisa was unprofessional when I went to pick up my grandchild. She looked at me up and down with no greeting nor smile handed me the clipboard walked away. Another parent came behind me . Lisa greeted that parent with a smile. I stated her rude a**. A parent stated it’s something about her……. If I could give a zero instead of a one star I would. How is it this school want children to wear mask ,but Lisa didn’t wear a mask ? People in the world need to watch how the treat other. She definitely don’t need to teach anyone child with such terrible attitude. “Bless her little heart."

"The center director, Ms. Lisa, set up a virtual visit with me and didn't show up for it. Very bad business. How can I trust you with my child if you can't even keep a scheduled virtual tour with no reason as to why. I even called on the date and time of my visit and Ms. Lisa was not in the building. Like another post said, you het what you pay for....well I'm not paying for this!"

"The worst daycare in Towson don't send your children to here if you love your children. I just sent my daughter 2 weeks then I didn't send her here again. All of things here it's bad stuff,place and programs. The manager isn't flexible and not cooperating and you can't see her smile."

"STAY AWAY!!!! I sent my daughter here when she was only 6 weeks old. At first everything was fine. There were some red flags that I did not pay attention to, such as the sign-in computer was located INSIDE the MAIN LOBBY. What's the purpose of signing my child out if I could just walk down the hallway and get her myself. Also, I caught one teacher doing another teacher weave during naptime. The straw that broke the camels back was when I told them that we we're going to pull my daughter out because another daycare contacted us about a vacancy. Two days later they handed my daughter to my husband naked. No clothes on, just a blanket. They claimed that she had a blow out and they didn't have a change of clothes. When I spoke to them about this incident I asked why was I not notified that she didn't have any change of clothes. Why was it not noted on her report that we collect everyday. This place is horrible!!! I agree with the the motto, you get what you pay for. PLEASE STAY AWAY."

"Do not sent your child to this daycare. The cost is cheap in comparison to other daycares but you get what you pay for. I dropped my 3 month old son off at the daycare two days in a row and both days I witnessed huge spiders in the hallway. A staff member said they don’t usually see them until it gets warm outside. As another review stated the hours that they post are not true hours. I went to drop off my infant at 7:30 and there where no teachers in the infant classroom to hand him off to. I was told to sit him in a chair and fill out his chart for the day. Apparently the teachers float from one classroom to the next. Yesterday morning I returned to the daycare to visit my son and make sure he was ok. I found children sitting in the hallway where we take off our shoes and where I spotted the two huge spiders. I found the lights were off in the infant/toddler room and it was 10:30 in the morning. I found my son rocking in a swing alone in a corner and the staff member told me he had been in the swing sleeping for 3 hours with no diaper change and no food. They immediately turned on the lights and changed his diaper because I arrived. These issues are only part of the problem. Do not send your child to magic moments daycare."
