All around worst. Customer service 0 stars. Empathy 0 stars. Procedure 0 stars. Also employees are very rude and over bearing on personal matters that have NOTHING to do with dentistry."

"I love this dentist office been going here for over 5 years started going when i was pregnant with my daughter & wont go no place else. Dr. Ma is Amazing and you can tell he loves what he do. He treats you like family. The whole office does. Hes not like other dentist thats quick to take a tooth out he goes over and beyond to save your tooth. When i moved from Woodbridge to Fredericksburg i continue to go here its definitely worth the drive."

"Please save yourself from humalition and discrimination. I had an appointment today at 10 am. I called and ask if they can reschedule. The "assistant manager" told me i should have known better and i took someone elses spot blah blah. And hung up on me. I went to the office the same girl on the phone the " Manager" told me why did u come. She made me wait for an hour and after that she said she gave my appointment to someone else and the Dr can't see me and i can leave. My appointment was at 10 am i called around 9:15. I was at his office around 9:40 and with in 20 mins she got a call and boom new patient was standing in front of her. She never said she canceled my appointment and refuse to reschedule it and just hung up the phone. She humilited me in front of other people. I left his office crying. I wanted to add for everyone who had the same experiences as me. I Filed offical complaint aganist them. Take ur business somewhere else."

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the dental services I have received from your practice. As a loyal patron for the past few years, I am beyond displeased to say that your team is not doing their job right. I was shocked to discover your unethical and overcharging practices with my insurance company, which happened for the second time when you charged me 22K for the work that cost only 14K in another dentist's office. On top of that, my son had an appointment with your establishment, where he was supposed to receive treatment for a cavity. Your dentist examined him after giving naming his tooth and took an X-ray, only to inform me that he was not capable of doing the job and recommended that I find another dentist. Front desk team is very very rude specially, the doctor wife. As a busy individual with little time to spare, this unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will be forced to seek quality dental care elsewhere and will not recommend your services to anyone. Please take this as an opportunity to review your practices and make the necessary changes to avoid future loss of clients."

"I love Woodbridge dental center. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Angela at the front desk is always so welcoming and super nice every time I visit the office. She’s so welcoming and Dr. Ma is amazing! He’s so nice and caring and is genuinely interested in you as a person. He always asks about our family and how we’re doing and is so personable. The whole office just feels like family.If you’re looking for an amazing dentist and wonderful and friendly staff, I 1000% recommend."
