"Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a white gold anklet for my birthday, it did not fit. We went in on Saturday to exchange it. They took a yellow gold necklace to send to the jeweler to cut down to 11 inches. They told us it would be ready on Sunday when they opened at noon. We went back and it was not white gold. We were told to come back on Monday (no time was given). We went back around 5 pm and it wasn’t ready, the man told us it would be ready by 6 pm. We returned at 6:15 and it was still not ready, when we calmly voiced our concerns and displeasure the man tried to talk over my husband and lied to our faces. He said that we didn’t tell him that we wanted white gold that I said it was okay the way it was. And then when I told him that we waisted our precious time and gas going back and forth he got smart and said that he could give us a glass of water for our troubles. I lost it and told him that he was not doing good business and that we wanted a refund. He gave us less than we paid and when I called him on it, he acted like he made a mistake counting the money from the drawer. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from this store. This was a horrible experience. I wish I could give them a negative rating."
