"Was holding & looking at some bins by checkout & realized they had mouse poop & pee all over them. Told an employee and she said “oh” and kept walking away. I had to go find a manger myself and she said they knew about it & put in a request for it but the pest people hadn’t come. And I’m like ok well you can’t just have poop sitting out like that. She’s like I’m sorry the mouse problem hasn’t been taken care of? I told her it needs to be blocked off so more people don’t go touching it like I did & she said they have to sell the merchandise…I’m said you can’t sell that! And she said I know we bring it to the back and damage it out, it just hasn’t happened yet. I’m like ok well then it needs to be covered up in the meantime and she’s like yeah we’ve been busy. I said it takes two seconds, in the time we’ve been talking you could’ve covered it up. The whole conversation was ridiculous like she genuinely thought I was being irrational & couldn’t understand why having products covered in poop sitting out in the open isn’t okay & should be the priority."

"When did this place become self check out with only two people working in the entire store during Christmas? If I wanted to ring myself up and apply coupons I would just order online and have it delivered to my house… Bring back customer service and employees!"

"This store is in a great shopping center with a lot of other convenient shops for all of your errands that you typically need to take care of. Situated between office depot and marshals, as well as near a Home Depot. Shout out to Logan and the friendly staff here to keep the store clean and our Quick to greet you and offer assistance. I think I was asked if I needed help or a basket by three or more associates. I love the new self check out. It makes it easy to scan your Michaels card and add coupons. Be sure to use the app to quickly find locations for the items that you’re looking for. I love using the pick up at the location to compare the online to the in-store pricing."
