"Good Service, I buy a ring for my wife, it was Amazing.. And I like their service"
"My ring with Diamond World This company is DEFINITELY NOT ONE TO BUY FROM UNLESS YOU WANT JUNK I purchased a Diamond ring from Diamond World and the entire setting where Diamond was came off. The ring was three months old and Diamond World wanted me to pay to have it replaced on a ring that was only three months old. They gave me hard time getting it fixed. First they wanted to charge me $100 labor fee, then $40 labor fee , then $20 labor fee. They did not stand behind their product and then told me the prongs were not covered under warranty and I had to pay for the prongs. I am not responsible for their workmanship in this ring that was apparently defective. Called back for status and they said they never saw this before and blamed me for damaging the ring. I explained I just happened to look down at my hand and the entire setting was missing. They insist I broke the prongs, there is no prongs it was a setting on top and the entire setting was gone. Only a hole where the setting joins the ring is there. There is no dents or damage to the ring at all. I was told I had to call back next day to talk to another guy cause the guy working today knew nothing about it. They have my merchandise it’s paid in full and refuse to replace the rings Diamond unless I pay for prong??? They still insist it was something I did. This ring wasn’t even 3 months old when this happened. I plan to file complaint to BBB of the scam and issue. I don’t recommend anybody spend your money with this company, you will get ripped off. They just called me back now and told me the cost for me to get fixed is $100 for the prong. I find it very funny that this was the same price they originally wanted to charge me for labor. Look up in the beginning and you will see they wanted $100 from the start to fix a THREE MONTH (3 month) ring. Follow-up call received from Acima a company they ask you to sign up for to do 90-days as same as cash and after you sign up they immediately start collecting money WEEKLY from you account and something you paid $825 for will now cost you $2,006.40. I immediately called Acima Customer Service and they put me through resolution department where I explained that I was told to let them know so was. 90-day same as cash customer and to not take anymore payments. They informed me I could settle the account with agreement to pay certain amount in two installments and that was best they could do. Then when so called them about what was going on as of now they inform me that once it was paid in full they had nothing more to do with it and could not offer any assistance in this matter. Diamond World has my rings and I paid in full and I am out my rings and my money at this point. The are running a scam and lying to customers. I have a receipt with N/C on it for the repair of my ring. Yet they insist I must pay to have a 3 month old ring fixed. I’m telling everyone. DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM DIAMOND WORLD IN MARLEY STATION MALL, they are Thieves!!!! To continue my story, I ended up having to pay $50 to get my ring fixed. They called me two weeks later to say it was finished. I went and picked it up and the entire ring was changed to one small Diamond in the center. Or should I say one small cubic white stone. I took to another jewelry store to be tested and found out they didn’t even put a Diamond back in the ring they put a fake Diamond in it and charged me $50 for it. I took it back and asked them what they were trying to pull with me that it was not a DIAMOND in the ring. He took the ring back and wrote up a repair ticket and said he had to take to his jeweler. Will let you know the outcome of the next faze. Before I leave the next time I want them to prove to me it is a real Diamond. Put another diamond in had it checked it is a diamond this time. Got ring home put it on and would you know it another diamond fell out. I took it back they can replace the small diamond on side that has now popped out."
