About to give up I see Dulles Express in the hallway and, skeptical walked over. Perhaps it was the "Expert Jewelry Repairs here" sign but I think it was Mario Jara with his tools in hand and magnifying glasses on his nose (plus a very fair price) that had me giving them a try - all while I ran upstairs for a food court snack. Returning after 30 minutes I was handed the repairs earrings and they looked great, even the nice backings. At that point Mario told me they have been here 20 years (and I note I am not the only happy customer who has sung their praises. Go, especially if you have tricky work.
