"The store is okay. I look for better quality that will last for years, the selection is limited. They do not have bags, not even for sale. I support the environmental objective, however, they should make sure to tell you BEFORE you start to shop. I had to drag a box of shoes around other stores and to a restaurant, not convenient. At more suburban DSWs, it wouldn't be a problem because I could just put the boxes right into my car, but at this location, the car isn't likely to be close."

"My kind of shoe store! The employees are polite and helpful, but do not pressure customers for a sale. The store is spacious and clean; there are plenty of brands and styles to choose from. One thing though, there are signs indicating Women's & Children shoes, but no obvious sign for Men's shoes."

"Bought a pair of shoes and asked for a bag. "We are bag-less for the environment" I was told. Bag-less? Really? I'm all for environmentalism but this is a little much. If you can't provide a customer a bag for their purchase you might as well close your doors and go all online. I was walking around Pent City and wasn't about to carry a box of shoes around with me along with other things. Returned immediately."
