"I went into the store today to get new bras but had to get bra fitted first and a very lovely called ARTICE helped me. Not only was she nice and personable, she also educated me & gave me some tips. She knew her stuff. Amazing experience!"

"Friendly staff and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Their dressing room was pretty high tech. Now they have these computer pad for each dressing room to request for service/when you're done. Inside the dressing, the monitor knows EXACTLY what you have and it's link to a monitor that tells you about the item."

"I purchased an item online and picked it up from another location. Once I got it home, I couldn't remove the straps. I also wasn't sure if I liked the fit. I visited the Pentagon mall location and was assisted by T. She was friendly and very helpful. She too, couldn't remove the straps, so she got her manager(M, I can't recall her full name, only the nickname comes to mind!lol). They both worked diligently to remove the straps and were successful! It's apparent the manager has a good rapport with her team and they enjoy working there! Thanks, T for speaking up!"
