"I am overly happy with the service I received from Legacy Home Comfort! Our fireplace went kaput and they were able to send someone out very quickly. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It was installed in less the 10 minutes and the fireplace came back on. I’d called a few different places, and none of them could meet my timeline, but Legacy did. I will definitely use their services in the future."

"I called Legacy Home Comfort for a pilot light on a gas fireplace not coming on. They came out to service the fireplace and said they cleaned and serviced it. They also sold me a new remote control which I needed that works great. However, the pilot light went out about an hour after they left. Waited five days seeing if I coudl get it to stay lit and it wouldn't. Called to schedule a replacement appointment. Come appointment day, AFTER getting the text that the tech would be here between 9 and 12, they never showed up. They are now not answering my calls and I got no explanation on why they missed thier appointment. In frustration I called Williams Services in Manassas. They came out the same day and were exceptional. They stated that the Legacy Home Confort tech didn't clean anything. They showed me what was wrong with the pilot light and cleaned the entire unit. The Williams Services tech was excellant, prompt and courteous. The fireplace is now working perfectly. Avoid Legacy Home Comfort and use Williams Services for all of your gas fireplace services."

"The technicians were very courteous. Prior to entering my home they put on masks and upon entering they put shoe covers on before preceding to the heating unit. It was almost like watching a well oiled machine at work. The gentlemen addressed the problem , fixed the matter within what I felt was minutes and tested the heating system. They were professional , friendly and very knowledgeable and yes, speedy with the repair. I am VERY pleased and will use them again. Nice to know there are technicians that care about customer service. We’ll done gentlemen… we’ll done!!!"
