"Average Home Depot... Customer service is very good. But... wish they didn't create extremely narrow isles with sales items. And, I unfortunately had a bad tool rental experience at this store. Rented a fogger and it would not fog at all. Someone prior had put something in it that clogged up the liquid feed lines, almost smelled like a insect spray of some sort, which also ruined the preventative mold spray that had been poured into the reservoir. Customer service refunded all of the rental cost and ruined product. However, it did cost me about a day's worth of work hours, seeing that I had to go out of the way to another HD to find and rent a fogger that worked (East Manassas location has a clean and functioning fogger at the time of this posting.)"
"Went last week to look at bathtubs, Maurice came and asked if he could help. And he did help a lot. I also had questions about garbage disposals, he immediately helped with that as well. OUTSTANDING customer service!!! If I could give HIM 10 stars I would. Keep up the great work, it doesn't get any better than that. My cousin and I were more than impressed with you!"
"I have to give a shout-out to Mike and Priscilla. I went into the store looking for a lawn mower blade. However, it seemed the stock shown online didn't match the store. Mike was thorough in helping me try to locate the part and when it was clear it wasn't there, he helped me with delivering the part. Priscilla was great in helping me set up the online order. The store was fairly busy, yet these two employees didn't rush me and made me feel at ease. Thank you both!"
"Easy to install it!!! I went shopping elsewhere because I was so annoyed and angry at waiting so long for someone who could help me find what I needed. I have no choice but to go to Home Depot often because of the price and variety of items and because it is closest to my house. Other than these inconveniences above, most items and prices are good."
"Home Depot is the place where both the DIY’er and the Professional can get the supplies and materials they need for the small job and the large project alike. This Home Depot although limited in ease of entry into its parking lot has every feature as every other Home Depot and a lot more. I enjoy coming here for all my needs."
