"I own a Seike Seiki 40" Class HDTV (1080p). When I turn the power on the screen is blank. I priced new 40” TVs earlier last week so I was well-informed if the repairs were worth the cost; I went to this repair shop after finding them on the internet and they are located within 15 minutes from my home. When arrived at 11:50am on 3/20/2023 the guy behind the desk was on the telephone arguing with SMECO over a billing issue. He was saying he didn't have his account number because he has paperless billing, but he was sitting there with a printed bill in his hand reciting other information. He finally acknowledges me and asks what do I need help with. I told him that there is no picture when the TV is turned on. He plugs in the TV and confirms what I described. He then hands me the paperwork to start filling in my information. I pick up a business card and start filling in the paperwork. He tells me the initial fee is $60.00 cash or check. I inquire about credit card, he again tells me cash, check, or cashapp. I politely explain to him that I’m going to rethink the repairs of my TV because I am able to purchase a new smart TV for $60.00 more of the initial fee with a 2 year warranty. I begin to put the paperwork in my pocket and he wants is back. I told him I am taking it home to shred it because my information is on it. He becomes very aggressive and points to his shredder that is on the floor. I hand him the paperwork and he shred it. He then asks for his business card back and I give it back to him. I just went home and reviewed on line (Target, BestBuy, Walmart) and found brand new 40”smart TVs for $120.00 - $140.00. Another crook in the community."
"My TV went black. I found ATS on the website. I took it to ATS for an assessment. They replaced the backlight and one of the internal screens. Got the TV back and the picture was dark at the top and light at the bottom. ATS guaranteed the repairs would fix the TV. Took it back to ATS and they said it would cost another $300 to repair another one of the internal screens. This should have been mentioned when they started the repairs and found additional issues and I could have made the decision to not move forward with any of the repairs. Not fix what you told me you were going to fix and send the TV back knowing there were other issues and the TV may not work properly. This was poor customer service. I will never take anything to ATS again. Nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Take your TV to Best Buy."

They also provided me some very helpful tips on how to approach TV specifications and extended warranties. They arrived on time. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and advice I received."
"Samsung referred us to ATS after our tv backlight went out. We decided to repair it rather than replace it. Very impressed by this company. They fixed the tv and placed it back on the wall, centered, and pushed the cord back under so it wouldn’t show. Great attention to detail and did things the way I would. They were very punctual, exacting, and quick. Finding a company that can meet my level of expectations is nearly impossible, but somehow they did!"
