"We have used Custom Line Contracting for several projects....luxury vinyl plank flooring In living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen. They’ve tiled two bathroom floors, installed two new high toilets, installed a water heater and remodeled a bathroom from tub/shower combination to all shower. "I have an older home that hasn't had any upgrades in 50 years. Custom Line was recommended to me by an acquaintance that had used them for several jobs and was very happy. I know how hard it is to get a good contractor so I reached out well before planning on having a renovation to my home. This was a several month project. Dale provided me with a detailed contract and price. His estimate was very fair. What made this the best contracting experience? DEPENDABILITY - Dale and Barry showed up from start to finish never missing a day. M- F 8:00 -4:00. CLEAN & NEAT - They left my home each day with tools put away and swept. ( I think better then when they arrived each morning). FAIRNESS & FLEXIBILITY - My job was not cut and dry. Sometimes, we didn't know what we needed to do until we got into it. ( And I sometimes change my mind.) There were no extra charges to make changes or additions other then what it added to the job. KNOWLEDGE - Dale was also very good at coming up with solutions when things didn't work out as we anticipated. My jobs have encompassed many different segments of home construction. Dale can do them all. I am pretty sure there is "No job too big or too small. OR too difficult. PERSONABILITY - Barry and Dale were always pleasant and professional. I am absolutely sure this home tried their patience at times. SUB CONTRACTORS - Dale and Barry did most of the work themselves, but they did employ a few subcontractors. The sub contractors that Dale works with have every bit as much Integrity as he does. And all exhibited the same qualities that I highlighted above. I should probably do a shout out to each of them as I have added them to my "go to list". Home renovations can be stressful. Having a good contractor is important and can be hard to find. I have never written a review before and have certainly shared word of mouth, how pleased I am with all the work I had done ( there was a lot). But this contractor deserves for me to take the time and acknowledge his skillset and professionalism."
