"I gave 2 not 1 because the front desk staffs are great and it’s fairly easy to book appointments. I had Dr Kim in Feb 2023 few months after childbirth. He did my very first filling. So I had no prior knowledge or experience about what should be done. I did feel strange that he applied local anesthesia to my left inner cheek rather than around the gum. This gave me quite a bit of pain during and after the procedure. The pain was annoying when I brushed my teeth and the tooth brush poked on the inner cheek. The first two weeks was the worst and gradually better, and that area had lingering noticeable pain for about half year but even today it can become sensitive at times. I had another dentist at another dentistry filled my two other teeth with no local and no pain at all. I then had my wisdom removed with local, I had no pain when the dentist applied local to my gum and no pain after few hours. I then told him my experience with Dr Kim. That dentist was shocked for how I was treated and told me that Dr Kim should not apply local to my inner cheek and he must have damaged some nerves there. Because no prior knowledge and busy with a newborn I didn’t post a review earlier. Now after months this dentistry called me and asked for additional 40 dollars for which I have paid my portion of responsibility right after the treatment on the same day and was told it’s all set. I feel it’s my responsibility to reveal this. The first thing Dr Kim asked me when he saw me was where am I from, whether mainland China, Hongkong or Taiwan. Not sure if he did this based on my birthplace. Very upset and disappointed. I was thinking of filing a law suit but it’s hard to gather evidence."

"Our dentist was very personable with my 8 year old and made him feel comfortable. He did a great job as always and we were in and out. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are professional and extremely nice. This is the only dentist we take our son too see."
