"Never showed up… Samsung uses them and they are awful no call no communication. If you have Samsung make them use another business to service your appliance. You have to call them directly"

"Appliance Smart Repair, LLC, customer service is awful. They were unresponsive, set a timeframe for service and never arrived as scheduled. Calls to the company to complain about lack of service and time to complete the repair were met with rudeness. My interaction with this company convinced me that I would never use them again as a contractor in my home. They were assigned by American home shield as the contractors to repair my dryer. Calls to the company were met with we are backed up and cannot get to you until next week. I was without a dryer for almost 14 days."

"I paid $730 to Smart Appliance Repair in December, 2018 to fix my oven. I have a double oven. The top oven worked for the next two months, but when we tried to use both ovens we had a power failure. Every time we tried to use both ovens, we had a power failure. I called Appliance Smart Repair services on March 18, 2019. They said they only warranty their work for two months so I was out of luck. In my view, they failed to do their job and refused to back-up their own work. Buyer beware!"

"Had this company come to fix our stove. Technician stayed for 15 minutes, said he didn't have the right tools to fix it, and charged a deposit for him to come back with the tools and fix it. He didn't come back, no call. I called them but couldn't get my deposit back, they claim they aren't responsible for letting me know they cancelled the appointment. Do not use this company unless you would like to pay for a strange man to stand in your home for 15 minutes, do nothing, and then never come back."
