"So, 3 times in the past 10 years, this place has ripped me off. The first time, I took a power washer to get checked out. They completely disassembled the pump, quoted an outrageous price for repair, then offered to buy it because they wanted the gear reduction Honda engine on it. Our second power washer developed the same issue so we replaced the regulator and it was perfect. A real repair shop could have figured that out. Charged $50 for 'diagnostic testing ' and gave me a box with the parts in it. Two more ripoffs... guess I'm a slow learner."
