"I had to visit the ER today (11/27/23) for kidney stones. I called ahead to check the wait time and when I called they said the ER was empty! I drove there right away and when I got there I was very happy to see it was mostly true. There were only 2 people ahead of me and in total I waited about five minutes before my vitals were taken and only that long because I was in the restroom. Once vitals were taken immediately after I was sent to one of the back rooms and from there it took another 5 minutes for blood work to begin along with urine samples. Less than a few minutes later I was given medication and already on my way to get a ct scan. It took about 30 minutes total before seeing the doctor who then informed me of my ct scan results. The entire staff were kind, friendly and responsive. Unfortunately I’ve been to most of the hospitals in the area and this one is by far the absolute best. Truly an amazing staff."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but, I felt inclined to share if you have asthma they are excellent! I’ve only had 2 asthma attacks in my life, once while pregnant and the 2nd time was just 2 days ago and Sinai’s care team is awesome. I was heading to their ER Friday due to a flare up from my asthma and ended up having a full blown asthma attack once I’ve reached the ER and they saw me immediately and had put me on oxygen, they took me immediately to the back and started my treatments and they checked on me repeatedly my entire visit. Everyone was really nice!"

"I've been waiting in the ER for over 3hours just to have someone tell me about my mother's test results. There's only 3 patients. No one comes around to check on the patients. I asked a nurse if she could assist and she walked by me like she didn't hear me. I've never been so disappointed in a hospital in my life. Especially when I was born here."

"My mom came through here and was / is in the ICU for a bit. A lot of very intelligent, highly focused, kind and patient people work here. It's incredible to see all the technology, medicine and other fluids that move through the room to bring someone back to normal. Shout-outs to Fabrice, Avery, Blair, Dr Nag and any of the other great people I've yet to meet before we go."
