"This place is absolutely terrible ! Came after Costco to get a windshield wiper installed and left with a crack / broke. windshield and no wiper pouring rain in the dark ! Called the police and filed a report , didn’t get manager informations , told To come back tomorrow for a new glass ! Got offered 200$ cash , they don’t have the class until after the holidays I wanted everything in writing nothing was handed out no names , numbers etc ! I got advices from the store to go and sue them ! Absolutely unprofessional! 3 people couldn’t install the wiper I saw a green glass bottle pretty sure it’s Heineken , smoking and very poor communication skills !"

"They need to be shutdown cause they robbed of my service a few years ago they did not put my lug nuts on my car negligently left the shop and my tire fell almost crashed or could of be hurt they needed be sued."

"Jan 28, 2023 Saturday morning my fiancé arrived a 10:30 for a simple battery connector replacement. One of the employees gave us a quote of $90. That same employee advised my fiancé she could wait in the car until they are ready. The same dude that gave the quote departed without saying a word . Came back with Papa John’s pizza an hour later and asked her you ain’t get serviced yet? Another employee told her that she should come back Monday. This wasted a hours out of our day due to commuting from southern Maryland to this shop just to receive poor customer service and bad communication. I found another mechanic same day that did the job in 15mins and Charged only $60. Hi tech needs to work on their communication +customer service."

"Disgusting professional & not adhering to COVID guidelines. I wanted a battery change, and I’m just getting over being ill. I asked the young guy in charge to please put on a mask.. this guy says “it’ll be fine”. The he Got in my car, drove it to the dock still in no mask and has another person mess with the car maskless. I said “again! I am just getting well! I don’t want to be sick again .. I need you all to wear masks if you’re going to work on and in my car, you need to wear masks”. He tells me well I don’t have COVID. I said , “ if you’re not going to wear the masks then I don’t want this service. PG county is requiring masks inside anyway”. They said then they won’t service me because they aren’t wearing masks. So they are ok getting inside your car and working on it maskless despite your request and the law. I’ll def be reporting them & take my money elsewhere. Do NOT go here UPDATE: Called “311” and reported them for REFUSING to adhere to COVID safety precautions as a business in PG and for getting inside of my car and driving it without a masks when I specifically asked- and said I was just recovered. If they can’t adhere, they don’t need to service anybody."

"I have brought my car here several times and have always received same day service at a very reasonable price. Long, the owner is very kind and personable and the mechanics all do quality work. I would recommend them if you're looking to support a small business that gets the job done."
