"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with VEIP county services in Ardwick Adrmore. The staff as a whole are great but one person made the experience regrettable. Just wanted to apply for a waiver and one individual had me make 2 trips back and forth between the maintenace shop and the facility just because she did'nt like the format of the receipt. Then when the receipt was accepted I was told she did'nt believe the work was done, after a 15 second glance (glasses off). I asked for possible options and she was rude and obnoxious and (told me to go get a picture of the work to prove it was done but she still would accept it. Then said they (VEIP) could not do anything for me bc she would'nt approve my receipt anyway. I never argued and politely listened to her. As a county resident this is sad that one person makes for a bad image for all. The rest of the staff from youngest to veterans are very good. I plan to complain about this service up the line."
