"Maximus Heating and Cooling was hired to put the HVAC into a new addition on the house. The work was completed quick and professionally. A little later it was found another contractor had accidentally broken a pipe in the system shuttign down the AC. They were called ust being told "It isn't working." in very short order a tech came out, analyzed the problem, called in a bigger crew and by the end of the day the issue was fixed and the house was cooling again. The level of efficiency and teamwork is quite impressive. Two thumbs up and I am very glad the lead contractor chose them to make my house a real cool place."

"Buyer beware. It took 4 months to install a complete HVAC. This included daily calls and texts to try to get them to come out and finish their work. Mike Johnson would say someone would be by and no one would show. When I called to say no one had shown up, he'd apologize and say someone would be there the next day and again no one would show. I was told for thanksgiving week he'd have an entire crew to finish the work - guess what - no one showed. He had the electrician come out who disconnected my existing heat leaving me with no heat at all during the winter. It took over 20 calls and 80 texts for them to finish. Once "finished" there was no one experienced to inspect the work which of course has issues. When I complained that areas were under heated/cooled I was told they could fix but of course that means that they would have to actually show up. When I complained ductwork in the attic wasn't connected they came out checked the outdoor unit and said everything was fine but didn't inspect the attic. I sent pictures of the ductwork that wasn't connected with no response. I said a message saying it was 86 degrees and I had no AC. No response. I'm going to have to see if I can get another company to fix what they did."
