He came out quickly to our place to look at our mower and power washer, made an assessment and told us what was needed for the repair. He is ordering what is needed and told us he would be back to make the repairs when the parts were delivered. I will update my review when the repairs are done. "Steve was very knowledgeable about my concerns with my 2yr old snow blower that wouldn't turn on. He did everything he could to get the needed part that day knowing that a winter storm was coming the following day. However no one locally had the part therefore he had to order the part. He kept me abreast on the status of the part and came back as soon as the part came in. Luckily it came in and he installed it right before the next snow storm.
