I took my car in for a simple repair, which ended with my engine being totaled, not having my car for weeks, never receiving updates, leaving messages, emails, and still never getting responses. Finally get my car back and now they have caused another issue. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Bob Bell and I will NEVER, EVER buy another vehicle from them or have them service anything for me. This has been a complete nightmare and the lack of communication is like nothing I have ever experienced before! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!"

"Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my 40 years of life. I have had to take my car for AC Repair and Recharge to them 4 times in the last 6 months. The last two times they have kept my car for a week and now over a week and still have not fixed the issue. I need to constantly call them to get updated on my car and they did not once offer me a courtesy vehicle for having to have my car in the shop on 4 separate occasions for a total of 3+ weeks. I have never experienced worse customer service with any company, anywhere, ever. Avoid these people like the plague!"

"I love Bob Bell. My 2020 EcoSport had a check engine light, so I took it in to Bob Bell. They made an appointment for me immediately and I left the car there for as long as necessary. Less than a day later, Bob Bell called and said that my car was ready. Dwayne, the customer service person, was just awesome. They had to replace several things, all under warranty, and it didn't cost me a cent. I have bought three Fords from Bob Bell in the last six years, and I will always go back to them for service and new cars. Great job everyone at Bob Bell."
