"I recently had the misfortune of a catastrophic failure of my heat pump. I then had the good fortune becoming acquainted with Comfort Systems, inc. From my initial contact with them through the completion of the installation of a new heat pump they were extremely courteous and professional. The owner came to my home and provided a no cost comprehensive examination of my current system, different options for replacement and estimates for the cost of those options for replacement. Additionally, they were willing to work with me to find the best option that met both my needs and budget. The installation was completed in less than four hours and the technicians were polite, friendly and kept the work area immaculate. After the work was completed I was contacted several times to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I had some reservations about the style of thermostat that was installed. This was discovered during a follow up phone call that Comfort Systems initiated. This was resolved when, at no additional charge, they replaced it with a model more to my liking.
