"SUV had a busted oil pan. I needed to be towed 29 miles, the service center recommended a towing company that was prompt and polite. I got it towed down and my vehicle got fixed. Oil pan (and all accessories for that), timing belt cover, and some other minor stuff. $3200. INCLIDING the tow. I was absolutely PERPLEXED that they were straight shooters. Totally honest. I was so freaking happy and relieved. I will always take my vehicle back!!! 2021, VW Tiguan SE w/ 3rd row option."

"Collision center worst customer service experience. After a car accident and all the painful paperwork process, I called to get a copy of the final bill, first of all they didn't help me to find my file, they ask me name, last name, name of the owner, insurance claim number, model, color year of the vehicle, and after that they didn't find my file. The person who take my call (Vanessa and or Dina) at the end said me that they cannot provide me more information and the manager Alex will call me. At the same time the people who answer the call was talking on speaker, and laughing when I was talking Someone on sales department, recommend me to talk with the manager and explain what is happening, but the manager didn't answer and/or call me back. Finally I called again and before the conversation I mentioned that I will record the call, miraculously they found my file. When I call them back (because I didn't receive ther email with PDF final bill), they answering the phone saying my last name. That's mean that they had my information all the time, but they were making it hard and scoff of me. I have the calls recorded, but unfortunately this reviews doesn't allow upload media files"
