"I contacted this company to have my a/c serviced. Initially, I was told it would cost 260 to put freon and replace the hose that was leaking. I was then told the compressor is going bad. So I said well let's replace the compressor. The guy hung up before I could ask how much it would cost to replace the compressor. I tried calling him back multiple times and couldn't get an answer. I figured out why I couldn't get an answer when I arrived to pick up my car. The price jumped from $240 to $1,043.28. I had priced the a/c compressor myself, so I was dumbfounded when I got the price! When I questioned the bill, all he could say was we replaced the a/c compressor and did some more stuff to it. He charged me $582.90 for an a/c compressor that costs no more than $200. Snider, you could have had a loyal customer, but you will never get my business again. I hope ripping me off was worth it! I don't understand why this place have high ratings in the first place."
