"Called them many times to replace my back light. Guess no one works there...."

"BEWARE! This place is a scam. It's not a real business, and I suspect many of these reviews are fake. It's just one guy with a cell phone. We paid $500 to have our flat screen TV repaired. The technician said it was fixed, but then a few days later it broke again. He said he had to order a part, which would arrive in a few days. We continued to follow up over the next few weeks. Finally, he returned after a month with the part. He raced out after five minutes of installing it and didn't check that it was working. The part broken within 10 minutes. When we called him to complain, he said he would return to fix it again. We called many times over the next month. He often said he would come, even giving us a specific date and time. On several occasions, we waited for hours for him to arrive, and at the last minute he would cancel. He would always promise that he was 15 minutes away. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to receive a refund. There are too many other options -- just stay away!"

"Bob provided excellent service - he repaired our tv and the turnaround time was the next day! It was much faster than we expected. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and his prices are resonable."

"I had the worst experience with this company, I called to make an appointment with the technician who is the owner himself to check my television, he told me that he charged $65 for the visit, which I accepted, it seemed fair to me. I made my appointment for Friday 6pm. He never show up, he never call to cancel or anything like that. I called the owner again and he told me that he couldn't come because he had problems with the car. We scheduled another appointment with him for the next day, which was Saturday at 10am. again He never showed up or called me. I called him again at 12pm the same day and he told me that he forgot that he would arrive between 5 and 7pm. again, never come or call. I had to call him the next day to see what happened and he told me that he had traveled to another state and told me for sure he would arrive on Sunday at 7pm. again he did not appear or call. I had to call myself and ask what happened, he told me that he was late and that he would arrive on Monday at 10 am. Again, never showed up never called. He said he was late and would arrive at 6pm. Again, he never showed up and never called, I finally texted him to say I no longer wanted his services. he has made me wait for him about 6 times and has played with me. That man is very irresponsible, he made me waste my time 6 times. I do not recommend it to anyone, really stressful"
