"The Worst Ever, I had been waiting for over three hours for regular service, which is the most disgusting service I've ever experienced. When I went down to the service center, I saw my car and approached a mechanic to inquire why it had been parked there for such a long time. It was waiting for a technician to check it. The service advisor had not informed me about what was happening."

"Darcars returned my vehicle in an unsafe condition. (Update 10/31: Mehdi was very gracious in covering my costs at the other shop and addressing my concerns. Even though I won't be patronizing them anymore, Darcars handled this serious issue well.) After having my tires replaced and brakes serviced, I noticed that bumps in the road sounded a lot harsher. When the issue persisted, I took my car to another mechanic and discovered that one of my front brake calipers had not been secured. One of the two bolts was completely missing, and the other was only hand-tightened. The caliper was bouncing on the pivot of the one bolt as I drove. I won't be bringing my vehicle back."
