"A high-end water heater gave out after 20+ years, on a Thursday, and we called Fairland Plumbing and Heating to help us replace it. Although it was over 20 years old it had a "Lifetime Warranty"! Noelia and the other employees were very aware of the disruption no hot water can have on a home, and were very happy to help navigate obtaining a replacement, and its installation. Noelia in particular contacted the manufacturer and their agents to try and speed up the replacement process. She provided us with detailed removal/installation estimates in very little time at all. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use Fairland for the installation. In the end, the manufacturer strongly pushed for the original installers to complete the process. Because of their strenuous efforts, on our behalf, I highly recommend Fairland. In particular, Noelia was a wonderful person to deal with. She and the other representatives were fast, knowledgeable, informative and seemed to really care about our situation."

"Our plumbing tech, Sammy, just left our house after Fairland fitted us in, last minute, so we would have a working toilet on every floor of our house. Sammy was courteous, answered every question with a smile, and perfectly repaired two toilets in an hour. I called Fairland because on two other occasions they gave us very reasonable quotes and fit us in without the long wait that some companies seem to have. A difficult job of running a gas line to our wood burning fireplace was done beautifully and for about 2/3 the cost of three other quotes. You can't go wrong with Fairland Heating and Plumbing."

"This company set an appointment time in January and I had to call to find out if they were in fact coming due to the time passing and no call no show. Rescheduled and they apologized. No compensation for my time and failure to communicate, just a simple apology. Moving forward, an appointment was scheduled for repairs. My Doctor changed my Medicine and dosage. Unfortunately, the new change mixed with one of my existing medications made me extremely drowsy. I missed the appointment because I didn't hear the Technician knocking nor the phone ringing. I call and apologize and give a vague explanation without having to share my private medical info. "No worries! We understand things happen. Let's get u rescheduled." A week or so later, I receive an invoice for $100 from my Landlords Management Company. I called Fairland to express my concern. Explaining how my time wasn't regarded, but theirs is worth $100. Of course, nothing can be done. I wonder if one would have died, would an invoice be sent to the surviving family?! Shameful......"

"I was very pleased with the service provided by Fairland Plumbing & Heating. Every person I interacted with from scheduling of the appointment to the repair tech, was professional, polite, and helpful. The repair tech, Esso, arrived on time and completed my repairs in a quick and efficient manner. I am a bit of a neat freak and was impressed that he wore shoe coverings upon entering my home. He even went an extra mile and handled a small, impromptu toilet repair. The cost was also reasonable. I would continue to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family."
