"To be perfectly honest, I did not really use this service because Mr. Weinstein led me through some diagnostic services over the phone and taught me that we'd been not only filling the washer in an unbalanced way but using too much detergent. All is well. The other service I called would have charged a fee to come and look at the machine and who knows what after that."

(Mind you my door is unlocked due to friends coming over - before anyone gets on me for having a door unlocked.) My dogs scared them off and as they left (without saying anything before leaving); they tried to walk away and play it off. He apologized and said “they went to the wrong house.” So you would just walk into your clients house unannounced? I’ve never used them and I never will. What business had their workers walk into someone’s house without warning, knocking, etc. Very poor business taste. Be careful!!"
