"Another phenomenal experience with Spartan. It’s always frustrating when your system stops working. Admittedly I was a little short with them over the phone (sorry Spartan operator, my bad!) due to my frustration, but these guys were total pros! They were calm cool and collected, sent someone out ASAP. Matthew was a phenomenal trouble shooter, polite, honest, identified the problem right away, and was great with my nosey dog! The team that came out to fix the repair was on time, courteous, and again, professionals. I’m a repeat customer because these guys are fair, responsive, and good human beings."

"I called this company for an estimate and the next thing I got a bill to sign for $639.00. I should have known when they said they need a credit card to give an estimate. So the tech went ahead and fixed the stuff without my consent. Then it gets worse. I called and was told their service manager would give me a call. That’s when my nightmare began. He asks me if I want to settle out the bill and if not he would just charge my card. He said “ I’ve been to several court litigation and you signed the document , you won’t win” I digress. I said you might win the fraudulent $639 but your business will never succeed. He says our phones will continue to ring off the hook. Please be careful. Do not use this company."

He was prompt in his reply and it was 1230am when we called. Great Customer Service and professionalism are very hard to find. If we ever need anytbing we know who to call. Even the dayshift guy Bobby was very responsive in his follow up. Thanks Again Spartan!!!!"

"We had an emergency situation during the endless rains when our sump pump died and we were flying out for vacation in 6 hours. Spartan Plumbing was so helpful in getting a plumber to us within a few hours and we had no problem making our flight. Joe and his son, Joey, came in and quickly replaced our old pump with a new one. They were very friendly and pleasant and we were very happy to not worry about our basement flooding."
