"The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt in replacing my iPhone battery when I was visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, the battery appears to have been defective, as it does not hold a charge any longer than the old one did. However, to the shop’s credit, they were willing to refund my money when I came back to the store and they didn’t have another battery in stock. A defective part is not necessarily their fault, but they were willing to make things right."
