After telling them the situation and the issue we were having, they predicted where the problem was and after taking a look themselves, they proved their prediction correct. Our issue was then solved within minutes. They know what theyre doing and would highly recommend."

Filled in my info, and got a response they received it probably within 15-20 minutes stating they would contact me when they opened in the morning. Got a second response about 6 min later requesting info on the appliance. Gave that information and about 1 1/2 hrs later received a text they could schedule me between 2pm-4pm Monday. Called me about 1:30, said he'd be here in 20 min and they were spot on for time. Very nice, knowledgeable, and upfront. Young man who was with him was also very polite. "Great service at reasonable prices. Refrigerator was leaking water, drain line needed unclogged. Huge chunk of ice on inside of back panel, like that things are explained and shown what causes issue. Great to have a local independent service that responds quickly."
