"Really no stars for the this no good office so I move to the area and needed a Dr. closer to me call there office they were accepting new patients so I did the new patient form change my insurance over to DR.BRAIN KNOP made an appointment days before, I am scheduled to go in I get a call staying don't come in because Dr.KNOP doesn't think he would benefit me in any way hmmm wonder why ? There's not a reason WHY now a have to take further actions"
"Very good doctor but I didn’t like his office staff to much. The only office person I liked was Jennifer K., but other than that all the others had mean looks on their faces which made it more of an unpleasant feeling rather than a welcoming feeling (it is already stressful enough about having medical issues). I had to switch doctors and offices because my insurance was not accepted by him anymore."
"I have been here before with my child and I never have a problem before but I had a a appointment awhile ago and they normally call the day before never received a call so the day goes by and I get a call sayin u missed ur appointment i said I never got a call nd then they tried to give me a letter bout it. So today I go and yesterday they called nd said ur appointment is at 940 but the paper I had 920. They have very poor customer service."
