"I purchased a sweatshirt from this store for my husband for Christmas. I was told that if he didn’t like it he would be able to exchange it for something else in the store. When my husband went to the store to return it, he was told by the manager that it smelled like smoke and would not allow him to exchange. We do not smoke in our home. My husband is a smoker but smokes outside. Regardless, the sweatshirt absolutely didn’t smell like cigarette smoke but I am sure my husband did and she wouldn’t allow the exchange of $60 sweatshirt. The return policy is a joke. Beware buying gifts from here as they will pick and choose what they will accept as an exchange"
