What made the visit a 5 star was the nice gentlemen that,while we handled our 4 and 5 year old girls, tuned the new bikes for us after patiently waiting for us to pick our bikes. He did not have to do that. I consider this above and beyond. I wish I knew his name so I could give a kudos to him to his management."

"Today my husband and I stopped in to buy our fishing license and trout stamps for the season. The young girl Alessandra who was taking care of us processed my license right away. Upon scanning my husbands drivers license the computer issues an error. She asked her coworker what to do. The other girl told her to call the customer care line. But instead of calling she handed us a piece of paper with the telephone number on it and sent us away. My husband and I walked to the parking lot and called the number she gave us. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and it only took him a matter of 5 minutes to take his information and provide us with the CID(customer ID). The man on the phone told us that it’s the sellers responsibility to call them and he was completely surprised that a citizen was calling them. Completely disappointed with today’s visit."
