"Worst company ever. Never ever use them even if you are assigned this company through American Home shield. Their technician are lazy and very incompetent. It was winter and my Gas water heater went out, They came and told me that I need a new water heater. I called a second plumbing company and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes. My 2nd experience with them - they came to unclog the bathtub. The technician came without a snake. Went back and didn't call me until the next day telling me that they need access to snake when bathtub pipes are clearly visible from the back wall of the tub. Worst company ever."
