"I went to this store on January 24, to try and see if anyone there could help me with my MOTOROLA phone who ever was on duty must have had a bad day. I believe her name was Tiffany Matters but I'm not sure. She did not offer much help. looked at my phone and pushed a lot of buttons,but did not show me what she was doing. I had been getting a notice each time I tried to call that I was out of range of the mobile network and I should use WIFI to make or receive a voice call. I sent her a photo of that message and tried to call her only to be told that she was busy with another customer and then hung up on me. Tried a 2nd call and I think she had blocked my number. I have never had that kind of service anywhere before. It is clear to me that she did not want to help an old black guy. I would appreciate a reply of some kind."
