"The customer service is horrible. I ended up being late to work because the girl did not know what she was doing. Every time I came in to get something they told me I needed something else. & they don't focus on one thing. Maybe you should have multiple workers. There is no reason I should have been there for an hour when I already filled out my paperwork. I have since cancelled my service with them. The TV was not worth the hassle of dealing with these workers. I did a partial payment and kept getting phone calls about my payment being late. Why were they calling me? For 27 cents. No one who works there knows what they're doing. I would avoid them at all cost."
