"We had a few bumps along the road this summer with service, but Jimmy at the service center shook my hand and told me that I had his word that he would make things right. He did make things right in the end so it's nice to know that a mans word and handshake still mean something. My boat looks brand new after the detail job he did for me. My advice would be to remain patient and go directly to Jimmy and things will be done right!"

"I'm giving this 2 stars only because the mechanics deserve credit, they do good work. This is by far the most unorganized place I've ever been to. We called 3 times in one week to check if our boat service was complete only to be told they would call back to let us know. Unfortunately these calls never came. When we arrived to pick up our boat, not knowing what if anything had been done to it, we were greeted with looks of surprise as if we shouldn't be there to pick up. The 2 ladies in the office had no idea where our work order had gone or really much at all about our boat and the service we requested. After many excuses such as "we take in over 200 boats a day" they managed to figure out where our work order was and checked us out. We were then told your boat is up the hill just go get it. The office experience here was horrendous. I was upset due to the fact that it was known we were coming for our boat and it was still so chaotic as far as locating any information regarding our boat. One lady in the office was quite rude in her tone and body language towards me. Having worked in customer service and with the public I hope that they do not treat all customers this way. The other lady told us "you don't have to use us" and I honestly hope we never have to again."

"Just retrieved my Cobalt 232 from their service center after a mid-season detail. They did a thorough job. My boat looks great, and with the squeaky clean hull it hits top speed again. Nice staff, that always makes me feel appreciated! Keep up the great work."
