"I brought back some pants that were too big for my daughter to exchange and when we went to the register to exchange the rep said for some reason they aren’t letting me exchange (which is okay) but then she said we have to do two separate transactions and gave me a receipt for the return… without even asking if I would rather just put it on the gift card because now I had to pay for some jeans that I didn’t have the money to purchase as to why I just wanted to exchange! On top of that she didn’t even give me the same price for the SAME jeans that I got online."

"I grabbed one item to try on, and went to the line to try on that item. There were three workers and all they discussed was how much they hated their shifts. They continued to fold clothes while 3 people walked out of the dressing room. They didn’t acknowledge me at all, until 6 minutes later. By the time I was done and walked out, there were about 5 more people waiting. There were only two cashiers that were slower than molasses. That store was a waste of time, lack of customer service, and it was a horrible experience. I will never go back."

"They was pretty packed it’s a big mall!. I went too Hollister and H&M they both had sales going on there. They have Coach, Michael core, Peloton and Louis Vuitton. Sales was going everywhere in mall. Now is the time to buy what you want. Plus it was hot outside so coming to the mall was a good thing…. We had a nice little walk inside the mall good exercise."

"Best place to shop for anything Hollister. Came in looking for a lined jacket since I couldn’t find anything in Nordstrom. Phillip had amazing customer service and was the most personable employee I have ever met in any mall. He was rather new so he didn’t know much about the details of the store but was an amazing conversationalist. He directed me to Cally who showed me some of the jackets in the front room. These two gave me the best experience and were the funniest employees I’ve encountered. By far the best Hollister I’ve ever been to in Pennsylvania. Will be shopping here again."

"TERRIBLE if not the WORST “customer service” I could ever even could imagine. These people really had the audacity to tell me it was my fault I didn’t ask for a manager because I was supposed to know they didn’t train there employees on how to do exchanges and “ now the transaction is done” okay so how do I get my shorts?... beats 5 minutes and then tells me I can’t get the shorts at sale price that I have to re order and pay for shipping and all that ?!?! I thought I was having a crazy dream!"
