"Fantastic Insurance Agency! Moved to the Odenton area in 2017 and needed to get homeowners insurance. Did a Google search and for insurance agencies in the area, and the Kent Schwab Allstate Agency popped up on Odenton. I contacted the local office and it turned out to be a great decision.The agent I initially spoke with was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and needed help, and the agent was terrific! She was so nice and patient with me. I obtained my policy the same day! Anytime I have any questions or need something, I simply call them and I know that I am going to be helped with whatever I need! And if an agent is not 100% on an issue or question, they will make sure they get all the correct information and will call you back the same day. The agents that I have spoken with sure to provide the best quality information to their clienys. I highly recommend this agency and all of the agents! They are really wonderful people!"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. They convinced us to switch from Geico by giving us a lower quote when we purchased our home and after we paid it in FULL, they send us another bill at home saying that we owed another 200$. How is this possible? We called them many times, but as there is no customer service they did nothing but passing us back to his local office. After months of "wait for us to review" they were going to renew our policy at an even higher rate without even telling us. We saw the new increase only by checking our online account. We canceled them immediately and went back to Geico. Stay away people, I can't believe they are still in business."
