"Absolutely the WORST gym i have ever gone to. Favorites are a huge thing at this gym and if you don’t meet the “favorite” expectations you’re treated like actual trash. The way the one coach talks to a lot of the athletes that he clearly doesn’t like is not only disgusting but is childish and just absurd. I did not learn ANYTHING from this gym, they don’t show you how to fix it, it’s more just criticizing & beating down the athletes one by one until it ruins cheer for them. Screaming in athletes face to the point i can feel your saliva on my face is absolutely vile."

"My daughter cheered for ICE for three years before graduating from high school. The coaches and owners were wonderful with her throughout her time there. Communication between the gym and parents was excellent and I always felt “in the loop”. A very family friendly environment."

"I recommend going to a better, well managed cheer gym. The staff here couldn't have been worse and when I confronted Lexi about it, she acted like her staff member did nothing wrong. The coach degraded my daughter in front of her peers and said so many negative things that it blew my mind. Instead of encouragement, they give criticism. After leaving 4 messages for Lexi, she finally returned my call but she had no intention of doing anything. Our final conversation was that Lexi would talk to the coach and get back to me, but that was 5 months ago. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Pride All Stars. Much better coaching, staff and overall support. Ice should be ashamed with those employees."

"This gym is the BEST. The owners, coaches, and parents are all focused on one thing, the athlete. Pittsburgh Ice creates friendly atmosphere that athletes just want to be apart of all of the time. The building is beautiful. The coaches are trained to win. Favoritism is not an issue, just fun and love for the athlete and by the athlete always."

"We love ICE Pittsburgh. Last season we came from a small gym that just closed its doors before the season and we were welcomed with open arms. It’s a great atmosphere for all ages! There is a class or team for everyone! The owners and coaches are amazing and love each kid as if they were there own! It’s a family atmosphere and I couldn’t see my daughter cheering anywhere else! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds with all of her tumbling & skills and her confidence has grown so much! This is our second home and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to join last season! I promise if you join this family you will NOT be disappointed."
