"I had a lovely time at Icing. My daughter had a change of heart on her hair piece for her First Communion and with it only days away, I had to rush to find something different. I called ahead and Alyssa immediately said they had options to help. When we arrived, she was very friendly and patient. She helped guide me with what to pick out based on the new hairdo we wanted. Our little 5 year old was losing patience and Alyssa leaned over and handed her a little basket to keep her busy. It completely helped and allowed me and my older daughter peruse through the store to check out the other items. So glad we came here!"
"Awesome jewelry. They do ear piercings, but unfortunately it is with a gun (needle is safer and more hygienic) that is my only issue. I would like to see more pierce shops switch to needle. However, staff is excellent. Explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Knowledgeable. They have all appropriate paperwork down pat."
