"This review is long overdue. Visited the store many weeks ago and I could not believe the attitude of the employees. They could not do enough for you. My wife had several rings serviced after the folks pointed out some problems that, if left ignored could have been catastrophic. My wife has a 100+ year old wedding set that she wanted cleaned. The lady noticed a missing prong on one diamond that could have resulted in a lost stone that could never be replicated.
