"I visited this banter on 7/28 during the evening hours and, Since when is this behavior acceptable for an employee??? She was rude and not helpful at all… she rather be on her phone than help a paying customer, I don’t understand why I was met with such disrespect and disgust while trying to shop for jewelry. I haven’t seen the normal woman in a while but she was much more polite and understanding that I asked a lot of questions because I am not knowledgeable and I want to know what I’m buying. "I normally shop online at banter and I got a new ring , nothing is wrong with ring is just I didn’t like how it looks on my skin so today around 4:20 I decided to visit this location because I wanted to return the ring. The lady who was there was very rude … To be begin with she was sitting down outside of the store with no shoes on she was only wearing socks .. is that professional? Plus she was wearing headphones all the time … So I politely asked her if I could return the item and she looked at me and she was like do u have a receipt… I told her that it was a online ordered and I have the online # … on my phone .. I show her the online number and she was like I can’t help u because u don’t have your receipt ..she told that I need to go to my house and print my receipt .. and she turned around and she starting acting like I was not there … so I told her If there was a phone # that I could call and she was like .. yes the phone # is on the receipt … I’m pretty sure this is not how things work .. she’s there to help or at least to find a answer for me…. This is not the first time I do a return and normally they can find the receipt on the system they only need my phone number or when is a online order I can give them the order # and they can find the receipt on the table … I’m very disappointed on how I was treated because I have worked on this industry and the way that she was speaking to me made me feel unhappy .. She seems like she don’t care about the people that shop there .. I really hope they find a better person for this job … here’s some pictures of the lady as u can she’s wearing headphones…"
